W is for Work
Kevin uses the ABCs and the letter W to teach us about work. Parents go to work to earn money to buy goods and services. There are lots of different jobs that you can have when you grow up like being a baker, lawyer, or firefighter. For some jobs you need special schooling to teach you how to do them!

A-B-C-D-E-F-G, H-I-J-K-L-M-N-O-P, Q-R-S-T-U-V, W… W is for work!
Your parents go to work every day
The job they do is how they earn their pay
The money they make pays for your house
Clothes and books, and maybe a pet mouse
Takes a lot of money to keep good boy fed
He needs a collar, a leash, and a comfy bed
There’s a lot of different work that you can do
Like being a doctor or running a zoo
Or a lawyer, a mayor, or a firefighter
A teacher, a dancer, or even songwriter
If you want to earn money, then stay in school
And one day you could have a job that’s cool!
